Joseph Grogan is an independent advisor and strategist for leading healthcare companies. He previously served as Assistant to President Donald J. Trump and Director of the Domestic Policy Council, where he served as the President’s lead advisor on a variety of domestic policy issues relating to health care, regulatory and deregulatory initiatives, economic expansion, commercial space exploration, environment, agriculture, civil rights, and education. He also led the healthcare portfolio at the Office of Management and Budget in the first Trump term, overseeing $1.3 trillion of Federal healthcare spending. In the private sector, Grogan led the Washington Office for Gilead Sciences, smoothing the launch of important Hepatitis C medication, and worked at Amgen and the Marwood Group.
