Gray's C-suite experience spans startups to established firms, both private and public. He specializes in global commercialization, business development, and transformation.

Saul Griffith is an engineer, inventor, and MacArthur “Genius Grant” recipient. As the founder and chief scientist at Otherlab, he leads innovative energy infrastructure and decarbonization projects for agencies like NASA, DARPA, and ARPA-e. He holds a PhD from MIT.

Will Hawkins is an accomplished investor currently with Canapi Ventures. With a wealth of experience, he serves as a Board Member at Pluto Health and previously held the position of Director at Shields Health Innovations. Will brings a diverse background from roles at Agni, Union Park Partners, and Founder Collective.

Mr. Hawkins serves as a Senior Advisor to EW Healthcare Partners, a life sciences private equity firm. Mr. Hawkins is the former Chairman and CEO of Medtronic, Inc., a global leader in medical technology.

Michelle Holko is a White House Presidential Innovation Fellow detailed to DHS CISA working on healthcare security, and DOD Chem Bio Defense.

Patti Lord is an accomplished program lead in medical device design. She leads a team developing low-cost, user-friendly negative pressure isolation devices to combat infectious diseases in U.S. healthcare settings.

Michael Wargo, has over 20 years of clinical experience and a decade in public safety leadership, advising on U.S. healthcare security.

David Wojs serves as Deputy Officer - Infrastructure at the United States Healthcare & Public Health Sector Coordinating Council. David also served as Senior Director - Public Health & Healthcare Vertical Lead at Juvare.

Scott Yaphe is a Managing Partner focused on investments in growth-stage, venture, and alternative asset opportunities.

Dr. David Brett-Major, MD, MPH, is a globally recognized infectious disease expert and a Scholar at UNMC's Global Center for Health Security. With extensive experience in outbreak response, emerging diseases, and tropical medicine, Dr. Brett-Major brings invaluable insights to Carecubes' mission of improving patient isolation.

Dr. M. Jana Broadhurst, MD, PhD, DTMH, is an Assistant Professor in Pathology, Microbiology, and Immunology at UNMC's College of Medicine. As a Global Center for Health Security Scholar, she specializes in infectious disease diagnostics, leading pivotal COVID-19 research and biocontainment efforts.

Dr. James Lawler, MD, MPH, is the Director of International Programs and Innovation at the Global Center for Health Security. A former Navy Commander, he specializes in biodefense, pandemic response, and health preparedness, bringing extensive experience in treating Ebola patients and training medical personnel.
