Mark Vazquez is a Project Manager for the Global Center for Health Security at UNMC. Previously, he served 30 years in the U.S. Air Force in various health care positions at the unit, major-command, and Air Force Headquarters level. In his current role as a Program Manager, Mark works with innovation development, training, process improvement, and emergency response programs. Mark has worked on multiple health security programs and initiatives including the Region VII Disaster Health Ecosystem and the National Infection Control Strengthening for Small and Rural Hospitals.
