Michelle Holko, PhD, is an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Center for a New American Security and a former White House Presidential Innovation Fellow. Her experience spans NIH, DHS, CISA, BARDA, the Department of Defense and strategic business executive and scientist at Google Public Sector. She specializes in the intersection of biology, technology, and national security, leading cross-agency work in genomics, bioinformatics and biosecurity.
